OUR MANAGEMENT

Jason's journey in recruitment is fueled by a deep passion for driving excellence. Beginning his career in an external recruitment house, he honed his skills in team building and launching new business practices.

Transitioning to in-house roles, he played a pivotal role at UL, establishing the foundation for the Asia Recruitment Centre of Expertise.

At Mars, he contributed significantly to the success of the HR Shared Services organization in China, spearheading initiatives such as the “Source4Future” project to cultivate talent sourcing capabilities within the organization.

Known for his initiative, innovation, intelligence, and inclusivity, Jason embodies the core values essential to recruitment success.
